If you've created an online member account, you can log in to make a payment. If you don't have an account or aren’t the owner of the life insurance or annuity certificate (policy), click the button below to launch our automated payment system.
To make a payment, you'll need:
- Your first and last name.
- Phone number.
- Email address.
- Certificate number(s).
- Insured or annuitant's date of birth.
- Bank routing and account number.
- Payment amount.

Payments made today will be deducted from your bank account in the next three days. A confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided.

If you own your certificate, you can create an online member account. It's the best way to access Modern Woodmen on the go, 24/7. On our member website you can:
- View your life insurance and/or annuity account values.
- View payment amounts and track past payments.
- Access and/or change your beneficiary information.
