Under The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) Rule 606, broker-dealers are required to make available a quarterly report that provides information on how their equity and options orders are routed. MWA Financial Services, Inc. (MWAFS) is an introducing broker-dealer and has a clearing agreement with Pershing LLC.
All covered equity and options orders are routed to Pershing LLC, and Pershing LLC makes the order routing decision to determine which venues to send the orders to for execution. MWAFS does not engage in any material arrangements, including receipt of any payment for order flow or engaging in any profit-sharing relationship.
Quarterly reports are made available to the public free of charge for each calendar quarter and are published no later than one month after the end of the quarter. The quarterly reports will be publicly available for a period of three (3) years from the initial date of posting on our website.
